Performance Club changed my life. When I first started my PPLSI business, I was working 60 to 70 hours per week at a community college. I had attended a business overview, and having a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in human resources, I thought this makes sense. I can help people and meet my goal to earn some extra income each month, enough to pay off some bills. Then I went back to work. I was not finding the time to dedicate to my PPLSI business UNTIL Performance Club was started. Performance Club is an incentive program that associates are eligible to participate in. The Performance Club provided a measurement tool for my business. By meeting qualifications each month, I was eligible to receive a monthly incentive bonus and earn yearly trips. My favorite trip was to Punta Cana followed by St. Regis in California. The incentive trips are my favorite! Once you are in the Performance Club, you will LOVE it!

I worked in higher education for 16 years. In those 16 years, I was an academic advisor, a career counselor, an instructor for job readiness and human resource management and an administrator of a customized training department. Currently, I receive money through my residual income. I did not have this opportunity at the college. This business model provides you with an opportunity to be paid for your performance.

I want to thank Mr. and Mrs. Stonecipher for their drive and determination to create equal access for all. Mr. Stonecipher’s vision lives on with the Performance Club. When the company started the Performance Club, my focus changed from a hobby to a business. I started my business with PPLSI in 2000. In 2007, I was appointed the Group Vice President of Colorado. In 2015, I was appointed the Business Vice President for the state of Colorado. In 2017, I was appointed as Field Trainer for Colorado and Wyoming. Through the years I have enjoyed teaching and learning from other associates. It is an exciting time with PPLSI. We have so many opportunities to offer this incredible benefit to employees and help small businesses. My PPLSI business has provided me with the opportunity to travel and meet new and exciting people, to create new and lasting friendships and to provide a service that people need and can afford.
