Profiles of Success

CASSIE & PAUL PRINKE
Corporate, Management, Military

About

PPLSI has given us more time and the flexibility to do the things that are important to us. Cassie started her career in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot. She then spent 25 years working for two Fortune 100 companies. First, she worked for an aerospace company, and then served as vice president and general manager running a business for a technology solutions corporation. Paul began his 40-year corporate aerospace career working as an electrical engineer and then advanced to executive leadership roles where he had global responsibilities.

Paul saw the "Success from Home" magazine at a bookstore when we were looking for a “Plan B” we could work together. We read the magazine, and the PPLSI annual report then called the corporate office and asked to speak to the Arizona Regional Vice President. We had the good fortune to speak to Mr. and Mrs. Larry Smith. The mission of this company made total sense to us. We now have the Smith’s as our business partners and coaches. We are grateful for their mentoring, support, and friendship. Having served in the military, Cassie knows “justice for all” as a foundational value of our country. What we knew was, most people who served in the military, and in fact, most Americans, cannot afford to access the rights they have as citizens. The LegalShield Membership is an affordable way to deliver Justice for ALL!

We started with PPLSI in 2005. We were very busy and consumed with two large corporate jobs and five children at home. We learned to use Performance Club as the foundational building block of success. In 2009, Cassie took the leap and left her executive job to focus on PPLSI full-time. Building on the strength and consistency of Performance Club we continue to reach our goals. We are especially grateful to our team who continues to work to build their businesses while making a difference in helping people with access to services and business opportunities.

PPLSI has enabled us to work our business around our lives and balance business, family, and community. In addition to spending more time with our family, Cassie continues to serve veterans as a commissioner with the City of Phoenix Veteran Foundation and supports the “Boots to Business” program helping veteran entrepreneurs. The best thing about PPLSI is the people; our team, the Home Office, state leadership, and the provider law firms are all tremendous! Our goal each year is to ensure more people have access to “justice for all” by increasing membership production, growing our team, and helping more people have success with their businesses by maintaining Performance Club qualifications and reaching their goals.
